At its November 18, 2021 meeting, the JPA Board of Directors adopted Ordinance 2021-01 amending the JPA’s Policies and Procedures, Section 5, Contracts, to delegate authority to the Administrator to approve amendments and change orders to Board-approved progressive or fixed price design-build contracts; provided such amendments and change orders do not exceed $2 million each, and cumulatively do not exceed the Board-approved contingency for the contract.
